CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
1. Acceptance of students can only be confirmed after payment of the application fee or re-enrollment fee and submission of all application materials and supporting documents.
2. Capital Assessment Fee is a one-time fee charged the first year a student attends Marymount. The funds are directed towards upgrading the buildings, grounds and equipment.
3. Tuition fees include an annual set of school supplies, book rentals, workbooks, laboratory materials, art materials and limited insurance. Paris-based field trips that are a mandatory and integral part of the curriculum are also included in tuition.
4. Other fees and full tuition are payable in one installment before July 1st, 2010. A student's space is reserved only after full payment of all fees. There will be no refund for tuition, either in whole or in part, for any absence or dismissal.
Withdrawals before January 1st: tuition is not reimbursable unless the school is notified in writing (registered letter with return receipt) by October 31st of the current school year that a student will be leaving the school before January 1st. If the latter condition were met, the family would be entitled to reimbursement of 50% of the school year's tuition. Other fees (application, capital assessment and re-enrollment) are not reimbursed.
Withdrawals after January 1st: Withdrawals after January 1st are not reimbursed.
Hot Lunch Program: There will be no deduction or refund of lunch fees, either in whole or in part for absences, withdrawal or dismissal.
Late Arrivals: Students arriving before January 1st pay full annual tuition.Students arriving after January 1st pay 2/3rd of annual tuition and two thirds of the Bus Service fee. The hot lunch program will be prorated from start date.
5. Late payment will result in a 1% per month surcharge on all overdue bills. No diploma or scholastic reports will be released until all financial commitments to the school have been met.
6. The signature of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) on the Application form or the Re- enrollment form implies the acceptance of the conditions set out in this schedule.
