MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM

The Middle School Program is designed to nurture the intellectual, ethical, social, emotional, and physical development of students. The core academic program includes instruction in six major subject areas:

  • English
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Religious Studies
  • French

In addition, students choose three electives from a wide choice of classes including the arts, music, writing, and subjects of contemporary interest. Teachers take advantage of the richness of life in France and plan day trips and weeklong environmental study trips.

Middle school students are assigned an advisory teacher who monitors their progress in all areas. Marymount values all students for his or her unique talents, and challenges each student to reach his or her full potential, and achieve success.
