RSHM Student Leadership Retreat 2017

Marymount was excited to welcome our fellow RSHM network schools in September 2017 for the RSHM Student Leadership Retreat 2017. After a busy 2 days of workshops, service activities, and reflection, students spent the weekend in Béziers visiting the RSHM Motherhouse, and learning more about our RSHM roots and common goals. Marymount Welcomes Sr. Michaeline O'Dwyer, Interim Head of School

Marymount welcomed Sr. Michaeline O'Dwyer, RSHM, as Interim Head of School. Sr. Michaeline is newly arrived in Paris and has assumed duties to ensure a smooth transition to our new school year. She will be based in Paris full time while performing this role. During this time, the Board of Trustees will conduct a thorough search for a permanent Head of School. Marymount Elementary Students Raise Money for UNICEF in the very first Marymount Lap-A-Thon

Recently our incredible Elementary Student Council led by teacher Ms Chrissie Hayter, held our very first Lap-A-Thon! The aim of the event was to increase the fitness of our students, and to also raise funds for UNICEF. Click Read More for the final amount raised during the Lap-A-Thon!

10 Marymount students place in the Young Author's Fiction Festival 2017

Marymount International School, Paris students placed well in all categories in this year's Young Author's Festival, and took home a number of prizes! Art & Authors Festival: Photos and more!

The 2017 Arts and Author Festival was an incredible combination of voices coming through art and writing in a special Marymount, Paris way! Sr. Florence Muuka, RSHM Visits Marymount

We were delighted to welcome Sr. Florence Muuka, the Superior of Zimbabwe and Zambia Region to Marymount. This was a wonderful opportunity for our students to connect with the RSHM Zimbabwe Mission and hear about where all of our efforts go! Parents and teachers also had the opportunity to sit and speak with Sr. Florence, and we are appreciative of everyone who came to speak to Sister – she was overjoyed to meet the people who help her mission in Zambia and Zimbabwe so much! Marymount Cardboard Challenge 2017

Marymount students kicked off Digital Citizenship Week with the Marymount Cardboard Challenge on Saturday, February 4th. The Marymount Cardboard Challenge was an opportunity for students (and parents too!) to build whatever they can dream up out of cardboard, recycled materials and imagination. Digital Citizenship & Think Pink Week

This year's editions of Marymount's Digital Citizenship Week and the Think Pink Anti-Bullying Campaign were combined into one, as the main focus of Think Pink this year is on digital citizenship! In the digital age, bullying has taken to the internet with "cyber-bullying," making this year's combination especially pertinent, and Marymount is committed to teaching our students good digital citizenship. A special thanks to our guest speak, Jon Santiago, for participating in this year's events!

Although our internationalism is something we observe and experience everyday on campus, International Week is Marymount's annual and much anticipated celebration of our community of global learners.
